Amethyst O’Connell: The Future of Sustainable Transportation and the White Supremacist trappings of the Environmental Movement

Amethyst (they/them) is an Electrical Engineering student with a minor in Sustainability Studies at the University of Minnesota. They started their educational career at Saint Paul College, where they received their Associates of Arts and Associates of Science in Engineering Broad Field. In their free time, they enjoy photography, learning languages (Spanish, Japanese, and starting Italian), and vegetarian cooking. They hope to use their Electrical Engineering degree in the fight against the climate crisis.
