- Iowa State University of Science and Technology (Ames, Iowa) plans to integrate the conversion of copper waste generated through the recycling of permanent magnets with highly energy-efficient chemical processes for producing hydrogen – $988,860
- AWARDED! USDA PACE (the other one) – Powering Affordable Clean Energy
- Nebraska – $30 million to build 8 photovoltaic generation facilities totaling 18.72 megawatts. The facilities will produce enough electricity to power more than 1,700 residential homes throughout the State and will be located in Alliance, Gering, Sidney, Imperial, Ansley, Pender, Crete, and Stuart, Nebraska.
