- Home Energy Rebates
- General Info on the DOE rebates for energy efficiency and electrification. Each state is responsible for submitting a plan to DOE per federal guidelines. Once approved, the state will roll out rebates through its state agency.

- Green and Resilient Retrofit Program
- GRRP provides funding for direct loans and grants to fund projects that improve energy or water efficiency, enhance indoor air quality or sustainability, implement the use of zero-emission electricity generation, low-emission building materials or processes, energy storage, or building electrification strategies, or address climate resilience, of eligible HUD-assisted multifamily properties. GRRP also provides funding to support benchmarking at assisted properties.
- The Elements cohort of GRRP has another wave with a deadline of July 31. This cohort supports current and recently closed recapitalization transactions by providing funding for a menu of efficiency and resilience investments to add to rehabilitation projects in their final planning stages or those that have closed since May 11, 2023.
- The PRICE cohort deadline has been extended to July 10, 2024. Of the $235 million available in PRICE funding, $210 million is reserved for the main PRICE competition (PRICE Main), of which $11 million is intended for Tribal Applicants (with $1 million reserved for Tribal Applicants), and $25 million is reserved for a pilot program (PRICE Replacement Pilot) to assist in the redevelopment of manufactured housing communities as replacement housing that is affordable.
