Lucas Nelsen’s Biography
Lucas is a policy associate at the Center for Rural Affairs who has worked on renewable energy and electric infrastructure siting policy and has previously worked as a grassroots organizer.
He uses outreach and education to focus on the local impact of renewable energy development in the Great Plains and Midwest, and identify the common concerns of rural communities and landowners related to clean energy.
